My motto has been, is and will always remain “friendly consultation and support”. Thanks to my experience as a shipping clerk, I also understand the needs of our customers from a user’s perspective. That’s why I’m pleased now to assist our customers - my fellow colleagues - as a member of the support team.

After several years of diverse hands-on experience in import/export management, I now assist AEB customers in the service and support department. I place special emphasis on providing and implementing quick, practical solutions to your questions regarding ASSIST4.
