AEO||XPRESS “process owner”

The data you must provide in applying for the AEO status is sensitive information. Security is thus the top priority in the self-validation process as well. This is why only key users or “AEO||XPRESS process owners” are allowed primary access to AEO||XPRESS.
br>The process owners don’t need to do all the work, but they exercise overall supervision and are responsible for the secure and reliable completion of the application.

The process owners personally receive the login data for accessing AEO||XPRESS and then issue convenient e-mail invitations to all relevant users from every corporate division or partner company so that these parties can answer specific portions of the questionnaire and upload the necessary documentation.
