The “Export Consignment Overview” is directly integrated in your SAP® system. Here, you have the possibility of filtering consignments and finding them quickly. The ASSISTant guides you in automatically completing consignment data in accordance with the latest export regulations.

The ASSISTant knows the rules and procedure codes.

It guides you from field to field, suggesting content such as packages and packaging information, forwarder, notify, intermediate consignees, consignment-specific texts and export-related data such as documents or customs office codes. From a selection of 130 documents and messages, those you need are suggested, then printed or transmitted: certificates of origin, movement certificates, pro forma invoices, forwarding orders and many more.

Since every company handles export processes in its own way, ATC :: Export Execution offers greater flexibility than ordinary programs: Your export specialists can adapt to special circumstances by amending the forms – given the proper authorization – before they are printed. Revision logs ensure seamless documentation. All of this is done directly within the SAP® system graphical user interface (SAP GUI) with state-of-the-art WYSIWYG technology.
