Foreign Trade Law, Embargoes, Dual Use: direct check of national and EU law

Do the listed goods require a specific authorization or is a general authorization applicable? Restrictions based on embargo regulations, export authorization requirements, transfers subject to the EC Dual Use Regulation, obligatory notifications – all of this is individually monitored for every business transaction. All process facilitators such as general authorizations and value limits are also checked, so you won’t miss out on any privileges.
