Digital messaging with the customs office: in control with ATC :: ATLAS Export
Ideally, users who manage their exports electronically with ATC :: ATLAS Export will hardly notice any change. Where the export declaration was previously printed out on a form, the user now sends an electronic document (IDoc) to AEB’s state-of-the-art computer center. There the Export Engine will check the IDoc and convert it to an ATLAS message. The messages are then transmitted from the AEB computer center to the customs office. The Engine only allows messages through that are complete and contain plausible information. When this is not the case, the user is notified.
SAP® defines the template. ATC :: adapts.
ATC :: ATLAS Export integrates into the SAP® environment without the need for any modifications. Users of the newly integrated applications benefit from the function of the Assistant, which guides them through the fields and shows exactly which information is missing. Double-clicking brings you right to the associated invoice, where you can check the information. ATC :: ATLAS Export minimizes the number of new screens while presenting the required functionalities in a user-friendly format.
