The Web-based Tracking & Tracing module lets you keep tabs on a shipment from the moment the order is received until the goods are transferred to the consignee.

It is now possible for orders and their corresponding line items to be managed, monitored and assigned to despatch within one application. ASSIST4 Despatch automatically transfers all relevant data from your ERP system. Delivery notes are placed directly in the delivery note store. If you need to send multiple goods to the same consignee on the same day, it is more efficient to combine multiple delivery notes into one consignment. In ASSIST4, you have the option of doing this manually or being “guided” by automatic delivery note consolidation.

The workflow can be defined to automatically forward a transaction to the workstation of the person in charge or to the appropriate group.
