MOD Clearance Management module
The MOD Clearance Management module is designed to assist defence
companies with the process of applying for MOD clearances, monitoring
their progress, and recording the details of approvals given. In conjunction
with the intranet application form, it enables system users to determine
whether the necessary approvals are available for the activities being
undertaken.

- Ability to store data relating to F680s, F1686s and exhibition clearances such as application date, approval date, and DESO reference number.
- F680 application form can be completed directly from within the ASSIST4 system.
- Functionality to restrict MOD clearance usage in the system according to customers, end-users, countries, products, etc.
- MOD clearance expiry warnings (administrator-configurable).
- Scanned copies of MOD clearances can be attached to the record within the ASSIST4 system, thus ensuring that the full terms and conditions can be read by all system users.
- Link from the MOD Clearance record to a relevant open export license (if applicable).
- Copy and paste functionality from ASSIST4 to allow easy creation of management reports via, for example, Microsoft Excel.
